Fitsteps was created in 2013 by two of 'Strictly Come Dancing' Professionals, Ian Waite, and Natalie Lowe, alongside swimmer and Strictly, star Mark Foster.
It is a mixture of Ballroom and Latin steps that create a fun, energetic, and effective way to stay fit with a dance workout. Classes are suited to everyone, no matter what age, gender, or previous experience and you don’t need a partner.
Steps vary in intensity; therefore, the level of effort can be adjusted to suit the different levels of fitness.
Fitsteps can help improve muscular strength, balance, posture and core strength and is a great way to improve stamina and toning of the body.
